Tuna Salad Ciabatta
Ingredients
- Tuna canned in sunflower oil - 1 small can, drained (60g)
- Mayonnaise - 1 teaspoon (7g)
- Celery - ¼ of a stick, finely sliced (15g)
- Red onion - average sandwich filling (5g)
- Ciabatta roll - 1 x (90g)
- Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon (5g)
Instructions
1. Put the tuna, mayonnaise, celery, onion and lemon juice in a bowl and mix together.
2. Cut the ciabatta roll in two and lightly toast each side.
3. Spread the tuna mayonnaise onto the roll and close together.
