Low Phosphate Omelette
Ingredients
- 1 whole egg - 57g
- 2 egg whites - 64g
- olive oil - 1 teaspoon (4.2g)
- 1 small onion chopped up - 60g
- ½ tomato, chopped up - 40g
Instructions
1. Beat the egg white and egg well with a fork or whisk. Season with pepper.
2. Fry the onion and tomato in the oil for a few minutes.
3. Add the egg mixture, moving the mixture continuously until set.
4. You can finish under the grill if you wish.
5. Transfer the omelette carefully to a plate.
