Lime and Chilli Pitta Crisps
Ingredients
- 2 pitta breads - 90g
- Olive oil, 1 teaspoon - 4.2g
- Lime Zest - 2g
- Chilli flakes, ½ teaspoon - 1.1g
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 180 degrees/fan 160 degrees/gas 4. Tear the 2 pitta breads into crisp size pieces and brush with olive oil.
2. Sprinkle with lime zest and ½ teaspoon of chilli flakes.
3. Bake for 10 minutes until crisp.
