Blue Cheese Spread with Melba Toast
Ingredients
- Cream Cheese - 150g (5 oz)
- Stilton - 25g (1oz)
- ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- brown sliced pan - 2 slices
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl beat the two cheeses and pepper together until well blended.
- Remove crusts from bread and toast lightly.
- Using a bread knife carefully split the slices through the middle and toast the uncooked surfaces under a hot grill until crisp and brown.
- Spread the cheese mix onto the melba toast and serve
