Beef Burgers
Ingredients
- Minced beef - 500g
- Onion - 1 small (60g), finely chopped
- Dried mixed herbs - ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Egg - 1 medium, beaten
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Mix together the minced beef, onion, mixed herbs, black pepper and beaten egg
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into round flat cakes
- Heat the oil in a frying pan
- Fry for about 5 minutes on each side, pressing occasionally to extract any liquid
- Ensure they are cooked thoroughly before serving
