Cod Fillet with Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
- cod fillets - 4 medium (120g / 4 oz)
- Grated rind and Juice of 1 lemon
- corn flour - 1 heaped tablespoon
- unsalted butter - 1 tablespoon
- water - 4 tablespoon
- black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
Instructions
- Place the lemon juice and rind into a small saucepan with the water and bring to the boil.
- Mix the corn flour with a little water and add to the saucepan until the sauce is thickening
- Add pepper to taste
- Grill the fish with a little butter for 5-6 minutes.
- Serve with the lemon sauce poured over or as “sauce on the side”.
