Sauté Potatoes
Ingredients
- reduced potassium potatoes - 200g (8oz)
- margarine - 25g (1oz)
- pepper - ¼ teaspoon
Instructions
- Boil potatoes to reduce potassium as outlined here Low Potassium Potatoes
- Slice the boiled potatoes in thin slices
- Melt margarine in a frying pan
- Add sliced reduced potassium potatoes and fry until golden brown in colour
- Season with pepper
