Creamy Pork Chops
Ingredients
- pork chops - 450g / 18oz lean boneless
- onion - 1 medium (150g / 6oz) finely chopped
- vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- ginger - 1 – 2 teaspoons of powdered or minced, to taste
- double cream - 200mls / 6 ½ fluid ounces
Instructions
- Grill the pork chops
- Lightly brown onion in the vegetable oil. Add ginger to taste and cook for 1 minute with onion.
- Stir in cream and heat gently until sauce reduces a little.
- Pour over pork chop to serve.
