Fragrant Rice and Coriander
Ingredients
- plain white rice - 100 g (3 oz)
- stick lemon grass - 1, slit several times
- coriander seeds - 2 teaspoons
Instructions
- Make your rice in the usual way but add the lemon grass and coriander seeds to the boiling water.
- Once the rice is cooked remove the lemon grass stick and serve.
