French Dressing
Ingredients
- olive oil - 4 tablespoons
- wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- mustard - 1 tablespoon
- pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- clear pasteurised honey - 1 heaped teaspoon
- clove of garlic - 1 crushed
Instructions
- Put all of the ingredients into a small screw top jar and shake vigorously.
- Keep refrigerated & shake before use.
- Makes approximately 7 servings.
This dish does not use up any of your kidney diet allowances but will add extra fat to your diet. Serve as a sauce ‘on the side’ if you are watching your fat or energy (calorie) intake or if you are trying to reduce your weight.
