Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
- sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon
- eggs - 2, large
- black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- spring onions - 4 (4 x 15g / 0.6oz) finely chopped
- white rice - 150g (6oz) cold, cooked
Instructions
- Combine the sesame oil and eggs, whisk and set aside.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a large frying pan or wok.
- Add the egg mixture and stir-fry until softly scrambled.
- Add the rice and stir until heated.
- Before serving mix in the spring onions and black pepper.
